Economic Development Examples: Rural Oregon County Gets $188-Million Facebook Data Center

So, what has your local Economic Development Commission done for Lake County lately?

Below is an example of what happened with an EDC in Oregon. A rural county created an "Enterprise Zone" that gave tax breaks to new businesses, and they got a $188-million data center project for Facebook.
