I have not researched the issue of Chemtrails much, but I am aware of the concern by some citizens that chemicals are being sprayed in the skies to alter "global warming" results.
In Alachua County, Florida, a citizen's committee was formed to investigate Chemtrails.
The result was this ARTICLE that linked to the Alachua committee's excellent, detailed analysis in a video documenting a Federal government policy existed to use chemicals sprayed at night to alter weather patterns. At least, it is a well documented scenario to explain the appearance of Chemtrails in the sky.
Watch the video to get an idea and determine if you think it is correct.
I know I learned:
- The difference between contrails (water vapor resulting from aircraft flying at high levels) and Chemtrails which is actual spraying of chemicals that start and stop, and also linger for long times and spread out. Meanwhile, contrails disappear after a short time.
- There is an entire chain of reports, white papers, etc used by the Air Force to learn how to disburse chemtrails.
- There are firms specializing in providing equipment for large aircraft to be tankers to release chemicals high in the sky, even at night.
- Research papers exist describing how disbursing chemicals in the air can alter weather patterns.
