How to ASK TODAY for FREE Stuff from the Florida Legislators for Lake County, FL!
Today, Monday, Aug. 28, at 1:30 pm is the Lake County, Florida Delegation Town Hall at Lake Sumter State College where the Florida House Reps and Senators representing Lake County will hear requests and comments from local agencies and the public to consider for legislation before the upcoming 2018 Legislative delegation which starts early in 2018. Legislative committees will start meeting soon. If you did not submit a request to speak to Rep. Jennifer Sullivan's office, you can still attend the meeting and watch, or fill out a card and speak for 3-minutes.
The meeting will be held on Monday, August 28th, 2017 from 1:30pm-4:00pm in the Paul P. Williams Fine Arts Auditorium at the main campus of Lake-Sumter State College located at 9501 U.S. Highway 441, Leesburg, FL 34788.
This is perfect if you want to bend their ear for initiating legislation to get FREE STUFF from the Florida government.
Or, you could support my watchdog request that legislation is needed to improve transparency and oversight of the Constitutional Officers by mandating cycled performance audits of every office, online publishing of their DETAILED proposed AND approved annual budgets, and public hearings on their budgets like most other government agencies are required to do.
