Congratulations to Michael Ertel, Seminole County's Elections Supervisor, for appointment to FL Sec of State

Congratulations to Michael Ertel for being appointed the new Florida Secretary of State, who also controls Elections integrity.

I have watched Ertel's actions as County Elections Supervisor in Seminole County and he clearly focuses on voting integrity. Now we hope he implants procedures and controls to prevent screwups and possible vote corruption like in Broward County.

As a retired Fortune 500 internal auditor, I believe the vote process should be subject to stringent controls like cash collections in major companies, and I have not seen a clear indicator that is taking place. I will forward a list of internal vote control issues that may be internal, but I have not seen them as an outsider.

Just yesterday I met with the leading candidates for Chair and Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Florida and promised to send them my election control recommendations also.
