Tavares City Council Sept. 4, 2019 meeting video uploaded, including budget and millage approvals

New Tavares, FL City Council video:

We have uploaded our video of the Sept. 4, 2019 Tavares, FL City Council meeting, including the first required hearing to set the new millage rate and $74-million budget.

Our video was lower quality because the City Mayor, Troy Singer (we assume) and staff moved all "media with tripods" to a "media penalty box" at the extreme back of the room. We couldn't even see the staff or some of the Council. So, try listening to the audio. This new practice drastically reduces media ability to take pictures, get quality audio or see all the staff. We used to sit in the front row where we could easily capture pictures and videos of all the players.
