So, I am planning to attend tonight's Minneola City Council meeting and they only post a FOUR PAGE version of the agenda online. Nowhere does it say there is more available. Thus details on pending planning & zoning issues are hidden and not disclosed.
However, I emailed the City Clerk and asked for the DETAILED agenda they would give to the City Council. I get an email back with a Dropbox link, and after one error, finally got a corrected link below that led me to folders with each agenda item.
One might think this was authorized intentionally by the City Council or staff to HIDE what is going on at the city.
Minneola is not being transparent and the link and all detailed agenda item documents should be on an open site in a single downloadable pdf, not hidden until you ask the City Clerk for it.
The Minneola City Council is killing transparency over City Council issues in two ways
1) Not providing the full, detailed version online in a single pdf(they will use the excuse that ADA lawsuits are the cause), and
2) Using an offline service that requires the reader to open and download individual files rather than one detailed agenda pdf file.
