Mr. Shields is running against incumbent Tim Sullivan, and he has mailed out controversial mailers attacking Sullivan that Sullivan has rejected as being inaccurate. Candidate Sullivan has issued a rebuttal HERE. We don't like hit piece mailers so you need to see the rebuttal also.
