With less than 30 days left before this crucial election, this video is a must watch:
You would assume that Florida ballots, especially ready-to-mail ballots, were all done locally with the direct supervision of your local SOE, but you would be very wrong.
First, we found that
Runbeck, who notoriously ran mail-in ballots for Arizona and Georgia, is handling the mail ballots for Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. It's probably no coincidence that tiny Pinellas had more mail-in ballot usage per square mile than any other county in Florida in 2020.
But there was a lurking monster that dwarfed that problem.
We found that 42 out of 67 Florida counties have their ballots printed by a single printer located in Orlando inside Orange County, Florida named
Fidlar Elections.
In 2017, shortly after Trump's inauguration,
Cathedral Printing, a Rome, New York Corporation, purchased Fidlar Elections. So with the explosive push for mail-in ballots, that control was outsourced to a New York firm.
A few years before that,
Cathedral also purchased, Orlando, Florida-based AXIS DATA SOLUTIONS in 2014 and merge their software with Fidlar to offer "mail ballot tracking." So this single NY company now prints, mails, and tracks mail-in ballots for 2/3rds of Florida counties.
With the purchase of AXIS, it's fair to say, Cathedral would also know who moved out of the state in the past decade and would still be on the voter rolls since AXIS was doing voter addresses and ballot tracking for the state of Florida.

When we looked deeper into Cathedral Printing, it only got worse. Marianne W Gaige, the CEO of Cathedral Printing, is a monthly contributor (using the 2 companies she is connected to) to ActBlue and Democratic Action. Democratic Action is a PAC with a mission to get Democratic Governors elected in every state.
I wish I could say this was the bottom of this rabbit hole.
When we looked into the employees working at Fidlar, we noticed that in 2018, Stacey Rodriguez was given FSASE Certification which gives her wide-ranging access to Florida's Election Systems. We were assuming this was to pass notices of delivery back for mail-in ballots, but this is direct digital access to state and 3rd Party vendors' databases. It may even mean access to signature files as well as everything related to elections such as ballot templates for every county.
While hunting for more information on Stacey Rodriguez, a search brought us to Stacey Earley's LinkedIn page. You can see in the screenshot below, she liked the article and you can just make out the top of a photograph of her. Well, it turns out Stacey Rodriguez is really Stacey Earley...the wife of Leon County SOE and current FSE President, Mark Earley.
Why is Stacey going by another name while working at Fidlar Elections? We have also heard that Stacey Rodriguez/Earley was the daughter of the previous owner of Fidlar Elections.
Mark Earley also has an interesting background. If you read the bio above, he states "In early 2002,
Mark accepted a position with a major election systems vendor as Senior Accounts Manager." It is nearly impossible to find ANYTHING on this online now, but it appears that the vendor was
ES&S since he mentioned he was influential in Florida adopting optical scanners after the hanging chad fiasco. It looks like he worked on those vote-rigging machines too:
I guess SOE Earley does not see it as a conflict of interest as a previous Senior Account Manager for ES&S since Leon County uses Dominion Voting systems.
And apparently, Leon County also still uses PollChief.
PollChief which is currently online at
https://vote4leon.net is owned by Konnech Corp.
Eugene Yu, the CEO of Konnech was recently arrested in LA for storing poll workers' information on the same servers that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) runs their elections on in China. Per True the Vote, PollChief was also compiling additional information such as financials and children's names of the poll workers in what appears to be a blackmail scheme.
Leon SOE Mark Earley also "serves as the chair of the association’s Cybersecurity Committee and as Vice-Chair of the association’s Legislative Committee, where he advocates for legislation that benefits Florida voters.
At the federal level,
Mark serves on the Executive Committee of the Elections Infrastructure's Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC), which advises and supports elections offices nationwide in securing elections. He also serves on the Local Leadership Council of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), the national clearinghouse for voting system certifications and election information and best practices."

I find it hard to believe that a person with such close ties to the private sector election vendors can objectively watch over Florida elections by being the Florida Supervisor of Elections (FSE) President and be on federal committees controlling election security. The timing is highly suspicious as we are now realizing that mail-in ballots were forced on us with the pandemic as cover.
Oh, we have not confirmed it yet, but Cathedral Printing's CEO, Marianne W. Gaige's maiden name appears to be "Wilcox." Would this be even more incestuous if she is related to the past FSE President, Marion County SOE, Wesley Wilcox?
Please share this info as far as you can. Time is running out.
