Regarding Mobile Home Park Reforms - Movement in other states to encourage conversion to co-ops

This article gives a great, detailed overview of states moving to encourage residents in mobile home parks to create a co-op group to buy out the park owner and create a co-op owned by all the residents. I have written about how good they are, and recommend potential mobile home owners to buy in those parks, not leased land parks.
