Islamic bias in textbooks: Well known conservative Law Center files Federal lawsuit against Maryland School District for teaching Islam in schools

A formal Federal lawsuit has been filed by the Thomas More Law Center, a heavy hitter in the conservative legal field, against a Virginia School District, their Board, and the Principal and Vice Principle who violated the US Constitution and Civil Rights regulations by requiring students to study Islam for two weeks. They have been collecting case notes and background on Islamic bias in schools for probably 18 months. Many K-12 textooks (or required “information documents”) have heavy Islam indoctrination in them, while there is not much on Christianity. The Islam sections break the US Constitutional boundaries of teaching any religion in schools, and it is time a Federal lawsuit was filed to challenge the biased textbooks and related Islamic teachings. Lake County School Board Votes to TABLE discussion on allowing Gay Clubs at Middle Schools

The Lake County Board meeting this past Monday, April 22nd, included an agenda item for the second and final vote to approve extra-curricular clubs at Lake County middle schools, which would include a proposed Gay Straight Alliance club (GSA) at Carver Middle School which many people objected to because they believed 6th & 7th graders should not be confronted with groups focuses on sexual lifestyles. The only other alternative allowed by the Federal “Equal Access” law was to prohibit all extra-curricular clubs, including those focused on community service, Christian groups, etc. but it would also exclude the GSA club. Note: This blog writer was against formation of Gay Clubs at Middle Schools (see why in attachment below). This picture taken from the right side of the room, which had about 1/3 of the audience in the "Communist Red" shirts, indicating support of the liberal coordinated GSA club. Video of Why Christian Churches are Avoiding Discussion of Islam Activities

Central Florida - Oct. 22, 2012 Before the 3rd Presidential Debate, I attended a meeting to hear a speaker on judicial activisim. Unfortunately the speaker's airplane had problems and he could not make it. So they asked a local pastor to talk about why Christian Churches are avoiding discussions of Islam. I videotaped the talk. Here it is below - very good oversight, and issues explained with some preaching thrown in. Points to consider. There were about 200 people attending and they constantly clapped at the points he made. "God loves everyone, but Islam hates many..." he pointed out. He also made some other points: Christianity focuses on goodwill, Islam focuses on hate and violence (killing infidels, stoning, lying to non-believers, resistance to the US First Amendment when they are verbally attacked while using those rights to attack other religions, committing violence or inciting assassination when someone exercises free speech). People of faith should watch this speech which runs 36 minutes. The speaker, who is a pastor at a Church, charges that many Christian Churches are "asleep".
