California Fiscal Crisis & Management Assistance Team Concept Should be Used in Florida

California has a central FCMAT ( Fiscal Crisis & Management Assistance Team ) organization that acts like an on-call help center to aid California K-12 (actually K-14 in CA) schools fix fiscal and management problems.

Maybe Florida needs a similar organization to help a County that has been mis-managed, and the leadership wants to correct and improve their systems.
